What is a miscarriage?

November 20, 2018 By admin

A miscarriage is the loss of an infant prior to 20 weeks. When a child has actually died after 20 weeks then this is referred to as a stillbirth. The experience of a miscarriage can differ significantly depending upon whether this was an early (first trimester) or late (second trimester) miscarriage, however, some typical physical signs of a miscarriage include:

Lower backache
Stomach cramps which resemble period pain
Vaginal identifying or bleeding
